The Magic of Mindfulness
July 19th through 21st of 2024
We like to say, “this was our best one yet and it is still only up from here.” The words to describe the cumulative magic we were able to experience are hard to come by. We partnered with Liminalia a beautiful retreat space in old growth forest just outside of Vernonia, OR. We lost our cellular service, but were able to connect with one another and were able to explore mindfulness and how to hold it in our daily lives.
Emmie of Herb n Sizzle used each meal to highlight her skills and evolution as a plant-based chef. We are full in our bellies, hearts, and souls. Still dismayed and humbled by magic we felt over the weekend. And grateful for the moments of mindfulness we shared and can bring into all of our lives moving forward.

Waves of Change Retreat
March 3rd through 5th of 2023
Waves of Change was held at the Oregon Coast in Lincoln City. The weekend was filled with community, yoga, making new connections, endless wave watching, and befriending change. We were even blessed with the magic of snow, watching it fall on the beach while we huddled around the fireplace.
Somehow, Emmie of Herb & Sizzle outdid herself and provided us with the most delicious and nourishing plant based meals all weekend. Bri of Elixir Field Wellness had everyone captivated and filled with bliss during and following her sound experience. We are amazed by this community and it fills our hearts to continue to watch it grow. YOU are Love Our Practice.

Reset Retreat
September 9th through 11th of 2022
Love Our Practice Reset Retreat was a beautiful, magical, heartwarming, enlightening, growth provoking, and a purely loving experience. We learned to navigate uncharted territory as we were guided back home. Grateful for all the beautiful souls who attended, asked us for more, and made our first retreat a complete joy. Couldn’t have done it without the nourishing, filling, and vegan meals provided by Emmie Schmidt of Herb and Sizzle and always appreciate Dr. Briana Sas from Elixirfield Wellness sharing their gift of amplifying sound in space. We already cannot wait for our next one!
